The Future Book is so close this year that it seems every stakes race brings a new favourite or, at least, a new co-favourite for the KYD and the TC races. With his victory in the Grade III Holy Bull Stakes, Ken Allans Laffin Hyena moved into the favourites log jam at 10-1 along with Triple Ks Halfling and Paradise Stables Noble Warrior. Next along at 12-1 are Mai Mia Bambina, Plucky Mach, Plucky Mach and Alien Drive followed by Jamaican Bolt, Flyflyfly and Risen Ruler.

There are some additions and differences to the Book this year as we get yet a little more ambitious in the presentation of the juveniles in the Run for the Roses. We have added a column for SRF rating. This is the best number the horse has achieved in it's career. The works are the best one mile dirt work, if any, for each of the hopefuls, handily unless indicated otherwise. Also, there is a new column titled Preference. This is the distance preference for each juvenile based on the results of Dandy Dan Stables Race Horse Conformation Tool. The horses are listed based on their position on the HRP TC Qualifying Lists. Please, if you see any discrepancies such as position on the list, duplication, erroneous works, etc, site mail me and I will correct the list.
