Claiming

Ah Dah ~ Ships in from SUF after knocking off N1X going a mile and seventy yards on the sod. Today owner and breeder Barcelona Farms shortens her up and will drop her in for a tag of $14.000. Looking to put back to back wins together in this one was away third at the break of the nine starters, as she hit the turn she caught the others with a furlong to go to win by a half a length. Winning in a time of 1:09.38 for the 6 furlongs on the sod. This filly was claimed by owner Orinoco Stable.

Snow Mandalay ~ Comes in off a fourth place finish at Belmont Park against claimers for $35.000 on the sod. Now looking to bounce back in his second start for owner Dynark Stables he will drop the tag and run the gelding in for $14.000. Out of the gate and sitting third and just two lengths from the front, as he  hit the straightaway jockey Rafael Bejarano went to the stick and got him up in the final strides to win by a head. Winning in a time of 1:08.96 for the 6 furlongs on the sod. This one was claimed by Two Hearts One Love.

Allowance

Patwa ~ Moves back in with State Bred Allowance Company after running off the board in the last one against open company at Belmont Park. Now shipping home to California for this one will get the beautiful Chantal Sutherland to ride. Out of the gate and sitting in third by a length, as Chantal got her closer to the front on the turn the two snatched the lead at the top of the lane and went on to the wire to win by one. Winning in a time of 1:16.55 for the 6.5 furlong and for owner Rouge River Stables.
