Allfusionallthetime posted an impressive win Saturday in the $400.000

SSM Classic for Florida Breds at Gulfstream Park. The runner up in this

race last year where he finished 2nd, this year he got the win, and did it

in style as he went gate to wire in the 1 1/8 dirt race, cruising home to a

3/4 of a length victory.

Trained by Eastern Equine, the five-year-old horse finished the 1 1/8

race over the fast dirt in a final time of 1:47.67, and made the win look

effortless. After the break, Allfusionallthetime was sent out to a one

length lead and remained a length in front all the way until just before

the wire, when Siberian Shooter gained a little ground on him, but

Allfusionallthetime held strong, to win by 3/4 of a length.

This was the 6th stakes win for the son of Fusion, and for his win in the

SSM Classic he earned $240.000 for trainer Eastern Equine. This gives

Allfusionallthetime lifetime earnings of $2,394.060, and a race record

of 23-8-6-2.

Siberian Shooter, trained by TwinTowersRacing, ran a fantastic race

Saturday closing very well to finish 2nd, just 3/4 of a length from the

winner, and took home $80.000 in earnings. Crazy Gnarls was 3rd,

six lengths back, earning $64.000 for his trainer, Dynark Stables.

How the race was run:

3   Allfusionallthetime: Won by 3/4 of a length. After the break

was sent right to the lead, and by the 1/2 mile pole was one

length in front of the field. Continued to lead by a length until

just before the wire, when the 1 horse was gaining ground on

him, but Allfusionallthetime dug deep, and was able to finish

in front by 3/4 of a length for the win.

-Looked very impressive here. The 1 1/8 distance is a long one

and to be able to lead the entire race and finish strong is not

an easy thing to do, but just what Allfusionallthetime did here.

Looks like this five-year-old is picking up right where he left off

last year, when he won three graded stakes. Be sure to watch

     for this star in 2012!

1   Siberian Shooter: Finished 2nd, just 3/4 of a length from the

winner. Broke well and was able to avoid getting pinned on the

rail early running in 3rd, two lengths off the lead at the 1/2 mile.

Continued in 3rd, two back until just before the mile mark, when

he passed the 2 horse to move into 2nd and made a big closing

move to finish running strong, 3/4 a length behind the winner.

-Take nothing away from Siberian Shooter, who ran a fantastic

race Saturday. He had enough left in the tank, that it looked as

though he could have gone even longer. His five-year-old debut

looks like it could be a great year for Siberian Shooter.

2   Crazy Gnarls:  Finished in 3rd, six lengths behind the winner.

Broke very sharply and at the 1/2 mile pole was running in 2nd,

just one length off the lead, where he continued to run until just

before the mile pole, when he was passed by the 1 horse to run

in 3rd, two lengths back. Right after the mile mark, he tired and

faded back to six lengths, but was able to hold on to 3rd.

-Ran really well early, but it looked like the distance was a little

long for him. As we have seen in several of his previous races,

he tired right around the one mile mark of the race. Competition

here was probably a little tough for him, but he is only four, and

think if he cuts back in distance, we could see him run big.

4   Condottiere: Finished 4th, eight lengths back. After the break,

settled in 4th, where he ran the entire race. At the 1/2 mile pole

he was five lengths off the leader, and approaching the 3/4 mile

mark had gained a length and was four back. Approaching the

mile pole, he was beginning to look leg weary, dropping back to

seven lengths from the front, before losing a length before the

wire to finish eight lengths back in 4th place.

-Thought Condottiere would have run a but better here than he

did. Had won a state bred stakes at this distance in his last

start, and the competition there was a bit softer in that race.

But what may have been his biggest problem Saturday is that

he was taken further off the pace early, than where runs best.

So when he tried to make here, he had too much ground to

cover, causing him to tire. Still think highly of this horse, so

watch for him in future starts.

5   Larry Lehew: Finished in 5th, thirteem lengths behind the

winner. Dropped back to trail the field in 5th, right after the

break, and continued to trail throughout. Was six lengths off

the lead at the 1/2, then as he neared the 3/4 mark was able

to gain a length, but then right after the 3/4 mile pole he tired

badly, and continued fading back to finish thirteen lengths from

     the winner in last.

-Was just in over his head here. This was the 33rd lifetime start

for the now six-year-old gelding, and he faded worse here than

he has in past races, so it could be that he has just reached the

end of his career. May see him try some allowance races, but

looking at his works, they have been slowing down a bit lately.
