Turf- Firm

California bred Hep Cat stalked the pace down the back stretch. Urged up far turn applying pressure to the lead. Driving deep stretch, he goes on by 2 lengths for Hillside Stables.

Start number 12 does the trick fro Manco Segundo's Megalomano. The sophomore son of Redstar Wonder was just off the pace along the rail. Saving ground turn, heads lead top of the stretch. Much the best late by 3 lengths to take his maiden.

At third asking Silver Joker gets her first for Ken Allan. The favorite was forcing the pace from the opening bell. Broke free a length turning for home, steady through the wire by that length for the win.

Recording Manco Segundo's 2nd win on the day was filly Sweet Donna. The bargain March auction buy for $$6.010 was dueling for the lead as they straightened for home. Wins driving by a length late to take her maiden.

On the engine from the start was Gold Cigarette. The Angelos Stable homebred filly shot out by 3 lengths and looked in firm control heading for the wire. Holds off threat deep stretch by a nose for her 4th career win in 10 starts. Her earnings now stand at $47.240.

Five-year-old mare All American Viper adds Bute for this run and it turns the trick. The Beav Racing trainee rated a length off the pace to the turn. Bid mid stretch under Garcia heading leader. All out late grinding out the win by a head for her 2nd career win.

Runner up at TUP at stakes level last out, Seven Thirty Four scores at long odds today. Stalked pace into the club house turn before advancing to track the leader. Full of run heading to the ¾ pole, he brought the pressure. Too much late for the rest, he wins his 3rd driving late by 3 lengths for connections at Camberwell.

Completing the training double for Ken Allan was Two Ears Of Spirit. The sophomore colt broke sharply from the outside and was showing the way turn clear a length. Under pressure as they hit the stretch, he gamely holds off all comers by a ½ length for his 2nd lifetime.

Recently gelded Mr Dark turns around a losing streak that dates back to his maiden win in December. Spotted the start and was well back early on. Found stride under Baze as they hit the stretch. Flying home all out, he gets up by a ½ length. The Profeit Stables four-year-old is now 2 of 9 lifetime with earnings of $60.130.
