Homebred Manco Segundo filly Riva X was away alertly from the 5 post right in behind the pace. Full of run turn, she challenging lead top of the lane. All out late taking the ½ length win for her 2nd lifetime win.

Reserved through the ½ in 2nd was Final Fling. The four-year-old Barcelona Farms filly found her stride mid way far turn. Ran down leader deep stretch, getting up late by ¾ to take her maiden.

Recording the 2nd win on the day for Manco Segundo was four-year-old Martillo. The black colt was off as the favorite and held the short lead under pressure through the ½. Opened up near the ¾ pole and was cruising late by 4 lengths.

Five-year-old gelding The Kid gets his 6th lifetime win for Angelos Stable going gate to wire. Breaking sharply from the outside he dueled on the lead early. Quickly gapped the field 2 lengths, then goes on by 3 lengths.

Reeling off her 3rd straight win for Huntley And Brinkley was Bozo Betty. The was tracking the pace into the stretch. Headed lead midway down, wins driving late by ¾ of a length. She has now earned $536.060 with 6 wins in 26 starts.

Sophomore chestnut filly Belle Fig was off as the betting choice for Hearts Of Steel. Showing the way to the stretch clear a length, she was game late holding off late threat by a ½ length for her 4th win in 14 tries.

Right back off the $10.500 claim by Thinken Stables, Aussie Spirit makes it back-to-back wins. Right to the front end and showing the way. Sets all the fractions taking the field gate to wire by 3 lengths.

Forcing the pace into the club house turn was the gelding Gustav. Broke free a length near the ½ and never looked back. On cruise control deep stretch by 5 lengths taking his 5th win for connections at Salamanca Stable.

Racing for her 3rd owner in as many races Lithium Queen wins her 3rd straight. Broke sharply from the 5 post and was right off the early leader. Full of run turning for home, she challenged lead. Out a ½ length top of the stretch, she goes on by a length for Sylque Stables.
